- JP8 Aviation Turbine Fuel for the Afghan Air Force (Tarinkot) Action Code:��������������������W91B4N-20-Q-5036 NAICS:�����������������������������324110 PSC Code:�����������������������9130 Set-Aside Status:������������ None Synopsis Issue Date:������ 18 MAR 2020 Synopsis Close Date:����� 22 MAR 2020 Army Contracting Command-Afghanistan (ACC-A) / Regional Contracting Center-Afghanistan (RCC-A), on behalf of requiring activity Combined Security Transition Command-Afghanistan (CSTC-A), intends to solicit and award a requirement for delivery of JP8 Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) at the Afghanistan National Defense and Security Forces (ANDSF) Ministry of Defense (MoD) Afghan Air Force (AAF) airbase of Tarinkot This requirement will be awarded on a full and open competitive basis, as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order (PO). The PO will be for delivery of up to 154,700 liters of JP8 ATF to meet AAF mission requirements in the period of 01 May 2020 to 31 July 2020, with an estimated requirement value of US $200,000. Further details are available in the attached Statement Of Work (SOW). The estimated solicitation date is 01 April 2020, with an estimated award date of 20 April 2020. The Government is not seeking any response to this synopsis notification. Interested parties may submit questions or suggestions, which the Government will consider to the best of its ability, however the Government is not required to heed suggestions or provide answers. Any answers the Government chooses to provide will be issued via public notification for all interested parties.
