Description

W91QF4-20-Q-0014 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation � Lochinvar Boilers (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation #W91QF4-20-Q-0014 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) Federal Acquisition Circular: This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-100 effective as of 08 August 2018. (iv) NAICS code: The corresponding NAICS code for this solicitation is 333414 � �Heating Equipment (except Warm Air Furnaces) Manufacturing� with a size standard of 500 Employees (FSC of 4410 - Industrial Boilers). An Offeror must be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award could be made to them. If a company is not registered in SAM, they must do so by going to SAM web site (https://www.sam.gov) and registering prior to submission of a proposal. This requirement is being advertised as an �Unrestricted� acquisition. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The Directorate of Public Works at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas intends to issue a 5 year Blanket Purchase Agreement for new Lochinvar Boilers to provide seamless replacement of existing Lochinvar boilers upon failure. Boilers provided must be the same exterior dimensions as the existing failed boiler in order to provide seamless integration into the existing heating system. FOB Destination Delivery of ordered Boilers shall be accomplished within fourteen calendar days or less. Acceptable quotes shall be submitted on the attached Bid Sheet. Quotes not submitted on the attached Bid Sheet will be deemed non-responsive and will not be considered.
