Description

This Special Notice is posted pursuant to FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.� The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source purchase order to Cellebrite, 7 Campus Dr., STE 210, Parsippany NY 07054, for one (1) Premium License Renewal and for fifteen (15) Premium Actions/Unlocks. �All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) March 25, 2020. �Point of contact is Nancy Costello at nancy.a.costello@usdoj.gov. The proposed purchase order is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Cellebrite pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. A redacted version of the Limited Sources Documentation form is attached.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. �A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. �This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. �A Request of Quotation (RFQ) is not available. �This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
