Description

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) intends to noncompetitively solicit, negotiate and award a noncompetitive purchase order to Engineering Support Personnel, Inc. 3361 Rouse RD Suite 165, Orlando, FL 32817-2191 for NRC Simulator Hardware Maintenance Support Services. The purchase order will consist of a three-month period of performance of April 1, 2020 to June 30, 2020, plus the option to extend services (FAR 52.217-8) up to an additional six months. The total estimated value including all options is $225,000. This acquisition is needed to ensure continuity of services pending completion of a competitive acquisition (Solicitation No. 31310020Q0032) that will replace Contract No. NRC-HQ-84-14-C-0006 which expires on March 31, 2020.� The NRC will only exercise option(s) on this short-term noncompetitive purchase order if they are needed.� Authority permitting other than full and open competition for this purchase order is Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b).
