- ***�Due to�COVID-19, progress on this project�has been�suspended until further notice. This project is currently�funded and�is�intended to be awarded this fiscal year. It will be the responsibility of all interested parties to periodically check�this site, ""Contracting Opportunities"" for further updates to this project.***�������� The 105th Airlift Wing of the New York Air National Guard located in Newburgh, NY intends to issue a Request for Quote to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the�Building 107 Remodel and Fitness Center�located in Newburgh, NY (Orange County). The project work includes, but is not limited to utilizing and converting�approximately 5,800 square feet of the current garage space�into the new fitness center. Separating the fitness center with the remaining garage space will be ten feet (10�) high walls with an open ceiling to the remainder of the garage area. The project also includes doors, flooring, finishes, heating and cooling, fire alarm devices, etc. ������� The contract duration is�45 days after NTP. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $33,500,000.00. The magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about�24 March 2020. The tentative date for the preproposal conference is on-or-about 1 April 2020, 10:00AM local time. Exact time and location will be in solicitation. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-proposal conference. All questions for the pre-proposal conference must be submitted by 30 March 2020 via email to kevin.m.fenner.mil@mail.mil.� ������� The due date for quotes will be on-or about 24 April 2020. Actual dates and times will be identified in the solicitation. Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). To register go to www.sam.gov. Please note that due to recent fraudulent activity, the process for fully activating (and updating) a registration at SAM has changed, and now requires the submission of a notarized letter to GSA.
