- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE 36A77620Q0178 Omaha Pkg 84 Vital Signs Monitor The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA California Healthcare System in Omaha, NE, has a requirement for Vital Signs Monitors as part of the activation of VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Healthcare System Ambulatory Care Center. This notice serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), FAR 5.201, FAR 13.105, and FAR 13.106-1(b).
