M67854-20-R-1701: Hearing Enhancement Device NAICS 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing This Pre-solicitation Notice posts in advance of the solicitation for the Hearing Enhancement Device (HED).� The HED solicitation expected released timeframe is mid-April 2020 and will be 100% set-aside for small businesses.�� NOTE: Due to new guidance in regards to COVID-19, the previously referenced Enhanced Combat Helmet (ECH) viewing on 9 April 2020 has been CANCELLED. It will not be rescheduled for a later date. Offerors are encouraged to submit any questions in accordance with the terms of the notice. Information contained in this notice is subject to change and is not binding on the future solicitation unless otherwise noted. The Government is not requesting proposals at this time
