Description
The firm performing the specified repairs shall have performed this work for a minimum of five (5) years and be a distributor of CO2 bottled gas. The Contractor shall submit with their capability�statement,�a list of current or past projects demonstrating technical experience with work of a similar nature to that listed under scope of work. For each project submitted, provide a brief narrative statement of the work involved, your firm�s role in the project, the dollar value and the completion date. Include a statement detailing any special qualifications and certifications, applicable to the scope of this project, held by the firm and/or in-house personnel. A client reference list for each of the projects shall be submitted including the name, title, phone number and email address. AT/OPSEC Requirements: The Contractor must pre-screen Candidates using the E-verify Program(http://www.uscis.gov/e-verify ) website to meet the established employment eligibility requirements. The Vendor must ensure that the Candidate has two valid forms of Government issued identification prior to enrollment to ensure the correct information is entered into the E-verify system. An initial list of verified/eligible Candidates must be provided to the COR no later than 3 business days after the initial contract award. Additionally, the Contractor must apply risk management strategies to ensure personnel safety, and must comply with safety requirements articulated in EM 385-1-1, the US Army Corps of Engineers Safety manual, and 29 CFR 1910 � Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA). The safety manual can be access at: www.usace.army.mll/inet/usace-docs/eng-manuals/em385-1-1/toc.htm . The 20 CFR 1910 can be accessed at: www.dol.gov . SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor will receive the bottles, disc�s and valves from the Technical Point of Contact at McNary. Inspect, fill the bottles and make the needed repairs to the valves. Perform qualifying tests and reports. Send filled bottles and repaired valves back to Technical Point of Contact at McNary warehouse, being responsible for packing and shipping the components undamaged.
