This action will be negotiated and awarded on a sole source basis with Safran Data Systems (Safran), Norcross, GA, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements�.� Safran is the only qualified source which possesses the detailed knowledge to design the DVRs and RMMDs in a timely and cost effective manner.� This notice is for information purposes only.
