1. Title 15 U.S.C. � 637(e) and Title 41 U.S.C. �1708, as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.201, mandates that Contracting Officers synopsize proposed contract actions meeting the threshold in FAR 5.101(a)(1) through the Government-wide Point of Entry (GPE). The purpose of this award synopsis is to meet the requirements stated above. 2. Details of Requirement: This requirement is for Snow and Ice Removal Services at the T/SGT Vernon McGarity USARC/Commissary/PX 99 Soldiers Lane Coraopolis, PA (PA166) 15108-2550, in support of the 99th Readiness Division. The period of performance (base and all options) is 26 March 2020 through 25 March 2025. 3. Award Details: On 6 February 2020, the Army Contracting Command � New Jersey issued solicitation number W15QKN-20-R-5014 which was 100% set-aside for small business. As a result, an award was made to Kunkle Electrical Services under contract number W15QKN-20-D-5018 which was awarded to Kunkle Electrical Services.
