Description

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement to repair four (4) cranes located at Base Elizabeth City, 1664 Weeksville Road, Elizabeth City, NC 27909. Site Visits:�Site Visits shall be scheduled on Tuesday, April 7, 2020, and Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at 9:00 AM�Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).� Offerors planning to attend shall make arrangements with Michael Barclift at (252) 335-6969 or by email at Michael.D.Barclift@uscg.mil no later than Friday, April 3, 2020 at Noon (EDT).� A valid photo Identification is required to gain access to the facility. Offerors are solely responsible for all transportation costs for the site visit. Questions and Answers: All questions regarding this solicitation must be received by Friday, April 10, 2020 at Noon EDT. Questions received after this time and date may or may not be addressed by USCG. Questions will only be accepted in email format. Questions received in any other format will be disregarded. Emails shall be addressed to the joint attention of the Contract Specialist SK2 Allyson Breeden at Allyson.C.Breeden@uscg.mil and Contracting Officer, CWO2 Jeffrey Burrough, at Jeffrey.N.Burrough@uscg.mil. � Quote Submissions: The deadline for quotes submission is Thursday, April 16, 2020 at Noon (EDT). Any quote received after the aforementioned date and time risks immediate rejection by the Contracting Officer. Quotes will only be accepted by email; any quote received by USCG that is not emailed will not be considered for award. All quote emails shall be addressed to the joint attention of the Contract Specialist SK2 Allyson Breeden at Allyson.C.Breeden@uscg.mil and Contracting Officer, CWO Jeffrey Burrough, at Jeffrey.N.Burrough@uscg.mil.
