Description: The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development, Office of Food for Peace under the Bureau for Democracy, Conflict, and Humanitarian Assistance (USAID/DCHA/FFP), intends to enter into a Personal Services Contract (PSC) without competition for a period of one year for the position of a Security Specialist. An award for the continued provision of highly specialized services when awarded to another resource would result unacceptable delays. The proposed position is critical to the mission of USAID and is in the best interest of the United States Government.�This notice is published in accordance with FAR 5.201 and FAR 5.203.
