- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT�S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD TO TERATHINK CORPORATION FOR DATA MANAGEMENT SERVICES. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), on behalf of the DHS, U.S. ICE, Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to TeraThink Corporation (Address: 11955 Freedom Drive, Suite 780, Reston, VA 20190; CAGE Code: 3SWH2) for seven (7) months of Data Management services. This effort is to continue to execute the current data management and data cleansing strategy until an adequate follow-on procurement can be awarded. The Data Management Services are considered commercial services that will be acquired using FAR Part 16.505 procedures. The requirement Period of Performance will be April 12, 2020 through November 11, 2020. �The anticipated award will be made under the authority of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B), Only one capable source. The award will allow the Government to extend its services through November 11, 2020, to allow sufficient time to transition the data model into a new hosting environment and to help ensure a smooth transition to a new contract. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotes. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to fulfill this requirement by responding to this Notice of Intent no later than 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on 08 April 2020 by email to Amy.Dallaire@ice.dhs.gov; no telephone communications will be entertained. The subject line in the email shall state �Response to Notice of Intent � Data Management Services.� All information submitted should support the offeror�s capability to provide the supplies and services required and shall be furnished at no cost to the Government. The Government reserves the right to cancel the sole source award. The anticipated primary North American Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 541219 � Other Accounting Services with a small business size standard of 22,000,000 employees.
