Description

: The intent of this project is to replace the Air Cooled Chiller In the parking lot of the building with a new one of the same capacity. Description of Work: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment and supervision to accomplish tasks as outlined. 8.1 Contractor to perform all work to local, state, national, and manufacturers standards and recommendations 8.2 Contractor to perform work to P-100 Standards 8.3 Contractor to remove all field connections to the old chiller including but not limited to electrical, control wiring, and piping, etc. 8.4 Contractor to provide a submittal indicating what new chiller will be installed that will meet current space capacity needs, and P-100 standards 8.5 Contractor to provide a new air cooled chiller 8.6 Contractor to install new air cooled chiller to manufacturer, local, state, national, and P-100 guidelines 8.7 Where there is a conflict of codes the more stringent shall apply 8.8 Contractor to make any and all field connections 8.9 Contractor to install an isolation valve in the CHW Supply line and CHW Return line 8.10 Contractor to Re-Insulate water lines 8.11 Contractor to perform start up with a log of all pertinent data from start up to be kept in the Maintenance office 8.12 Contractor to ensure proper operation of complete system 8.13 Contractor to perform terminal clean up
