- The VA Palo Alto Health Care System s planning and development located in Palo Alto, CA intends to issue RFQ 36C26119Q1350 to procure vital signs monitor for veterinary use. This firm-fixed price solicitation is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the corresponding NAICS Code is 339113. Please see RFQ document 36C26119Q1350 for requirements. Quoters are to follow the instructions in RFQ document 36C26119Q1350. An itemized quote as well as sufficient technical supporting documentation is mandatory. This supporting documentation will be used to determine whether or not the quoted items meet the requirements of the solicitation. The requirement will be Brand Name or Equal and all offerors are required to provide Authorized Distributor Letters with their quotes.
