- Update 2 April 2020: 1:� QUESTION AND ANSWER PERIOD: To encourage maximum participation on ALL line items (Attachment A) a question and answer period has been extended� until Monday, 6 April 2020 3:00p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) all potential offerors may ask any and as many questions as they may need to fully participate and respond to all the listed line items (Attachment A).� 2: Statement of Objectives for�TSW ID: CDSCHARLOT has been updated.� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number:� SPE601-20-R-0318 for 9.1B, Aviator�s Breathing Oxygen (ABO) & Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) for multiple locations within the Southeastern United States is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04/01-15-2020 The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325120. The small Business Size Standard is 1,000 and this solicitation is an unrestricted, Full and Open Competition solicitation for Aviator�s Breathing Oxygen (ABO), (NSN 6830-01-644-2463); shall meet the requirements of Type II of specification MIL-PRF-27210J, dated 7 Aug 2013; Liquid Nitrogen (LN2), (NSN 6830-01-644-2557) shall meet the requirements of Type II, Grade B, Commercial Item Description A-A 59503C dated 3 Mar 2011, Nitrogen, Technical; and NSN 6830-01-663-6199 shall meet the requirements of the most current version of Commercial Item Description (CID) A-A-59155. This requirement also includes ancillary services such as tank hot fill, line restriction orifice, and detention fees. The contractor shall provide all products, materials, supplies, management, tools equipment, transportation and labor necessary for the delivery of Liquid Nitrogen and Liquid Oxygen f.o.b. destination into Government owned and customer provided tanks. A detail description of requirements for items (line number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure) to be acquired is listed as an attachment. Performance: Multiple locations within the Southeastern United States (see detailed schedule attached for list of date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point). The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Requirements type contract using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Each location will be evaluated and awarded independently. Multiple awards may be issued. The period of performance is 1 Jul 2020 - 30 Jun 2025.
