Description

The State of Minnesota seeks�to procure five�types of Face Masks and Face Shields�at a Fair and Reasonable Price as soon as possible. 3-Ply Disposable Face Masks: 3 million each. N95 Masks: 1.6 million each.� BiPap: 100,000� PAPR:� 100,000� Face Shields: 100,000 Product Breakdown Percentage (where applicable) XS: 5%� SM: 10%� MD: 60%� LG: 20%� XL: 5% Shipments are targeted to begin within 7 days of this posting (or sooner), Thursday April 9th, 2020, and with continued weekly deliveries through the end of June.� Additional quantities may be requested beyond June depending on the State of Minnesota COVID response guidance. Vendors can expect a Purchase Order from the State of Minnesota to guarantee payment for immediate delivery of supplies.� Vendors must register in the State of Minnesota StateWide Integrated Financial Tools (SWIFT) online system: https://mn.gov/mmb/accounting/swift/vendor-resources/ to receive payment.� Shipments will be delivered to the Minnesota Department of Health warehouse at 345 Plato Blvd NE, Saint Paul, MN 55107. Similar�quantities�of Face Masks and Face Shields�are expected to be purchased over the next three months: April, May and June.� These are estimated quantities and are subject�to increase or decrease based upon the current State of Minnesota COVID response guidance.�
