- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following services: The Boise VA Medical Center (BVAMC) requires Prospective contractors to provide the following Medivator ADVANTAGE scope reprocessor with compressor Brand Name or Equal per FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal to Medivators Inc. Barcoding assuring that the correct scope is attached to the correct block, so proper disinfection takes place. A data management system that tracks beginning operator, ending operator, scope and patient, providing accountability that the staff have identified a properly completed cycle before removing the scope from the machine. RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: company name, address, and business size, point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address, OEM Certifications for Technicians to provide the services must be included in the response. OEM documentation confirming access to all required OEM parts must be included in the response. Please note whether system is presently offered on a current Government contract.
