This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified businesses. This is not a request for bids, quotes, proposals or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Sierra Army Depot is searching for firms who can provide the following types of packaging materials to Herlong, CA. Types�include but are not limited to: Corrugated Boxes (single & double wall) Paper Tubing (must meet MIL-SPEC MIL-PRF-121G) Packing Slip Envelopes Polyester Strapping (used for pallets) Packaging Tape Honeycomb Pads V3C Fiberboard Sheets � Packaging Paper Tape Guns Bubble/Cushion Wrap Foam Rolls (perforated) Mailing Tubes Pallet Covers Re-Sealable Bags Shipping Labels Insta Bulk Pack Bags Cable Ties Hazmat Box Can Shippers (boxes with dividers to keep them steady) 4-Way Heat Treated Pallets As part of its market research, Sierra Army Depot is issuing this Sources Sought to determine if there is an adequate number of qualified and interested contractors capable of providing these items. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. The responses to this announcement will assist in determining whether a socio-economic set-aside if feasible. The applicable NAICS is 322211 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. Interested vendors will provide this office, a notice in writing, stating their qualifications�in providing the items identified above. Interested and capable firms shall provide the following information: Name and address of firm DUNS/CAGE Business size (large or small)� NOTE:� RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SHALL STATE IF THEY ARE A SUPPLIER OR MANUFACTURER Point of contact name and contact information for questions and/or clarification List up to 3 contracts where you provide these materials Contract numbers Total contract amount Products provided and quantities Point of contact All responses shall be submitted no later than April 17 2020 at 4pm PT to Tracy Worrell, at tracy.e.worrell.civ@mail.mil.
