- � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � ��Presolicitation Notice The Department of Defense Education Activity Americas� (DoDEA-Americas) has a requirement for qualified and certified sport officials, referees, scorekeepers, and timekeepers to officiate all high school and middle school sports, IAW the rules as set forth by National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS), and the by-laws of their respective state athletic association.� Sport officiating services are required for the following schools:� Fort Campbell High School, Kentucky (KY), Fort Knox Middle/HS Kentucky (KY), Camp Lejeune Middle/HS, North Carolina (NC), Quantico Middle/HS, Virginia (VA), Antilles, and Ramsey Middle/HS, Puerto Rico (PR).� Sports to be officiated are Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Swimming, Soccer, Golf, Track & Field, and Wrestling.� Based on availability of need, the number of officials required may be changed. The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 711219, Other Spectator Sports with a size standard of $12.0 Million. This procurement will be set-aside 100% for Small Business (SB) competition. And will be advertised under Solicitation HE1254-20-R-0007 will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The anticipated period of performance will be 1 August 2020 to 31 July 2030, resulting in ten (10) twelve (12) month ordering periods. The RFP will be available electronically at https://www.beta.sam.gov. On or about 30 April 2020.� Proposals will be due no earlier than 20 days after the RFP becomes available. The intent of this notice if for informational purposes only and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids. This notice is not a formal solicitation. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice, nor otherwise pay for information which is submitted as a result of this notice.
