Description

*** UPDATE 3 April 2020 ***Amendment 0001 to the solicitation is posted. Please review the SF 30, Conformed soliciation, and Attachment 1 - SOW Rev. 2.� IMPORTANT: Hard copy proposals are no longer going to be accepted. New instructions are posted in Section L of the solicitation. Proposals will be submitted through the secure online portal at DOD SAFE. Offerors must make advance notification of intent to propose as directed in Section L. *** UPDATE 20 March 2020*** As planned, the Government WILL hold a site visit on 24 March 2020 as posted in the original solicitation. Due to CDC guidance on social distancing, the Government will not be providing transportation. Rather, participants will meet as directed at Pass & ID outside the South Gate, and will drive themselves in an escorted group to the work site. Please follow the instructions in FAR�52.236-27, Section L for notification of intended Site Visit attendance. IMPORTANT: Each sit visit attendees must provide first and last name, date of birth, and drivers license number and state�NO LATER THAN 11:00 AM Monday, 23 March 2020.� Please provide by email to the contacts given in FAR 52.236-27, in the attached solicitation. *** REPAIR HVAC HARMON ARNOLD HALLS, USAF ACADEMY, CO 80840 The Government requires performance of work described in the Statement of Work, drawings, and specs for Project XQPZ 16-0146. -Period of Performance 300 calendar days after receiving Notice to Proceed. Contractor will have 10 calendar days after receiving Notice of Award to provide performance and payment bonds to the Contracting Officer. -Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Construction. -Magnitude of Construction: Between $1,000,000 - $5,000,000. -NAICS Code: 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors. -Specifications and Drawings: Reference Section C of this Solicitation. -Notice to Proceed: Contingent upon receipt of acceptable bonds. It is anticipated a Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 calendar days of contract award. -Competition: This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Women Owned Small Businesses IAW FAR 19.15 -A site visit is planned for 24 March 2020 (See FAR 52.236-27, Section L)
