- This is a Sources Sought Notice/Request for Information (RFI) to be used for market research purposes. DLA Land and Maritime is seeking information regarding companies' capabilities to provide NSN's 3040-00-411-3134 and 3040-00-411-3133 on an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) basis. This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or in any way provide implication or obligation that a solicitation/RFP be will released in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service for these requirements. Responses are due to Stephanie.embrey@dla.mil by the date and time indicated herein. Please include the following in your response: a. Company Name: b. CAGE Code: c. Company POC and E-mail Address: d. Does your company currently manufacture NSN 3040-00-411-3134 and/or 3040-00-411-3133? e. Has your company ever responded to a DLA solicitation for NSN 3040-00-411-3134? (If yes, include solicitation number.) f. Has your company supplied this NSN to DLA in the past? (If yes, include contract number.) g. Is your company currently considered a small business under NAICS code 333613? h. Is your company a commercial supplier of NSN 3040-00-411-3134 and/or 3040-00-411-3133? (If yes, indicate whether your company has a commercial price list and commercial invoices that would be available for the Government's review.) i. Would your company be able to immediately supply this NSN on an IDIQ basis? (If yes, please provide a capability statement indicating our company's ability to provide the items.)
