Description

The Defense Logistics Agency Distribution Depot located at San Joaquin, California has an immediate requirement to obtain solid waste collection and off-site disposal services. The Tracy site is approximately 448 acres and is located two miles southeast of Tracy, California. The intent of this non-personal services contract is to extend continuity for basic site maintenance and upkeep. 1. Type I Collection Container (2.5 and 4 cubic yard (CY) capacity): The Contractor shall position Type I collection containers at assigned locations. Containers shall be designed so that trash may be placed in the container while standing on the ground. The container lid shall be the type, which can be completely opened or closed while standing on the ground. Type I containers shall be equipped with skids for easy movement (no wheels). 2. Type II Collection Container (10, 25, and 40 CY capacity): The Contractor shall position Type II collection containers at assigned locations. These containers shall be the roll-off type without any lid. 3. Supplied Collection Container Quantities: a. Type I Collection Container (2.5 CY capacity): 2 Each (EA) b. Type I Collection Container (4 CY capacity): 73 EA c. Type II Collection Container (10 CY capacity): 1 EA d. Type II Collection Container (25 CY capacity): 8 EA e. Type II Collection Container (40 CY capacity): 24 EA
