The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, manpower, equipment/machinery, appropriate license(s) and qualification(s) necessary to perform and accomplish grounds maintenance services at the following U.S Army Installations in Okinawa, Japan: Torii Station, Naha Port, Naha Annex, Bolo Point, Chimuwan Tank Farm #1, 2 & 3, Tengan, Kuwae Tank Farm #1 & 2, White Beach, and Patrol Road Petroleum Oils and Lubricants (POL) Line.
