Description: The Base Energy Management and Control System (EMCS) and any supporting infrastructure must be updated to facilitate an overall reduction in energy consumption. The availability of newer technologies with reasonable simple energy payback (cost of improvements/savings per year) will justify replacement systems and support efforts to meet new federal guidelines for energy consumption. The contractor will perform upgrades to many aspects which include lighting and HVAC for many of the buildings on the Kentucky Air National Guard base.
