The bid opening (closing date) of this advertisement is�from March 24, 2020 to April�7, 2020.��� ______________________________________________________________________________ Amendment 0002�and Answers to Questions are posted in the attachments on March 10, 2020. ______________________________________________________________________________ We are working on an amendment to the solicitation, as well as, answering questions received.� We are hopeful to have this amendment issued this week, or early next week.� As a result of our delay, we will be extending the bid opening (closing date) of this advertisement to March 24, 2020.� Please continue to monitor this site for the forthcoming amendement.� Be advised that the extension contemplated in this notice is not official, until it has been incorporated as an amendment.� All bidders will�be required to acknowledge the amendment upon issuance.� We appreciate your interest and patience.� Thank you. *************************************************** The bid opening has been extended to March 11, 2020 - see attached Amendment 0001. **************************************************** This contract will repair damaged areas on the Humboldt north and south jetties. The jetties are located near the entrance to Humboldt Bay near Eureka, California. Damages to each jetty include displacement of existing armor stones and deterioration of the existing concrete cap and parapet wall. Damaged areas on each jetty with displaced armor stones will be reset using the existing armor stones on site or supplemented with new armor stone. Damaged areas on each jetty with the concrete cap and/or parapet wall will be repaired with new concrete.
