Description: The work includes: Air handling units in buildings FC365 & RR525 are installed in such a way that maintenance cannot be accomodated. FC365 and RR525 both currently have split systems. The split systems will be replaced by heat pump package units along with required duct and electrical work. NOTE: Only the General MACC Contractors listed on the first page of the Request for Proposal (RFP) may submit a proposal for this ROICC Camp Lejeune area of responsibility project. See attached documents for scope of work and any applicable drawings.
