Description

Synopses � Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to GrayWolf Sensing Solutions, LLC. Subject: Notice of Intent to Sole Source a Contract to GrayWolf Sensing, Inc. The objective of this requirement is to provide calibration, preventative maintenance, repair services and technical support for GrayWolf Sensing Industrial Hygiene Equipment systems. Description: The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA), Fort Detrick, MD intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (IAW FAR 13.106-1) to GrayWolf Sensing Solutions, LLC, 6 Research Dr., STE 110, Shelton, CT 06484. The US Army Public Health Center (USAPHC) has a need for preventative maintenance, repair services, technical support and calibration for Government-owned GrayWolf Sensing industrial hygiene equipment. This notice of intent is for information purposes only. All sources eligible to provide this service must respond in writing. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly articulate the ability to provide services outlined above. A request for documentation will not be considered as an affirmative response. If no responses are received, within 15 days after publication of this notice, to the effect that comparable services are available, and that it is more advantageous to the Government than obtaining these services through a sole-source contract, then a sole source acquisition award will be made.
