Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to solicit on a sole-source basis from LinkedIn at CARAHSOFT for the purchase of LinkedIn Learning (High-Quality English content, unlimited LinkedIn Learning access from any device with administrative tools) Tier 16 (3000 -3999 licenses). A Request for Quote (RFQ) will only be solicited from LinkedIn at CARAHSOFT as only one source has developed and owns the proprietary and patented software used in the products and supporting services. The NAICS code for this action is 611710. The anticipated award date is April 13, 2020 with a period of performance of April13, 2020 through April 12, 2021. This is also inclusive of two additional option year periods as follows: Option Year 1 POP is 04/13/2021 through 04/12/2022; the Option Year 2 POP is 04/13/2022 through 04/12/2023 �This Notice is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and no solicitation will be issued. This request is in response to the current impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Responses to this notice will be evaluated by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability and respond to the requirement no later than 12:00 PM EST,��April 10, 2020. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
