Contracting Office Address Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, Acquistion Management, Region 6, 63095 Deschutes Market Road; Bend, OR 97701 Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a request for quote (RFQ) No. 1204GG20Q0002; proposal due date is April 29, 2020�The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 69, effective as of August 1, 2013. Attached, you will find a Statement of Work and bid schedule. Quotes are due no later than 4:00 pm PST, April 29, 2020.� Please provide pricing, validation to meet specifications and expected delivery date.. The selection process will consist of a Best Value source selection based on price, ability to meet specifications and estimated delivery. Under a Best Value source selection, non-price evaluation factors, when combined are not as more important as price. However, the Contracting Officer will not select an offeror for award on the basis of a superior capability without consideration of the amount of the price. All proposals shall include the following information: The Government may award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The Government will consider price, vendor's ability to meet technical specifications, and delivery time lines. Quoter shall supply any other material that will provide the Government with product information to evaluate their quote. The Government will consider all quotes received until the time of contract award. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 332312. In order to be considered a small business under this NAICS code, your average annual employment shall not exceed 500 employees.
