- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be competed as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation document and incorrporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Geotechnical & Structures Laboratory at Vicksburg, Ms has a requirement for the following:� To provide multiple development kits for ultra-wideband precise micro-location capabilities to be used for research/testing/evaluation/demonstration. This includes units that can be deployed with great flexibility (i.e., small, lightweight, etc.). The kits must be capable of performing as standalone monostatic radar units, or as a system of bi- or multi-static radar units. Additionally, these radar units must meet FCC transmission standards. Additional requirements for these kits are the following: up to 2cm precision over distances 100m or greater, independent operating channels, RF imaging capabilities, precise tracking and navigation capabilities, ad hoc network formation, software to communicate with networks up to 10 nodes, and MATLAB code integration. Delivery Date: No later than 45 days after award. Delivery Place: Engineer Research and Development Center: 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg, MS 39180 An award for this acquisition will be provided to the vendor whose quote is the Lowest Priced of those determined to be Technically Qualified. FAR 52.212-2 - Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1)� Technical - Providing information that the items proposed meet the specifications 2)� Price The vendor must submit the following so the Government can evaluate the offeror�s technical acceptability: �1)� Sufficient information to determine that the items proposed meet the specifications as defined 2) �Must include a completed Quote Submission Form (Attachment 01). �The full text of a FAR provision or clause may be accessed electronically at www.farsite.hill.af.mil.
