PAC-3 Missile Support Center (P3MSC) Program Year (PY) 2022-2025 RFI for W31P4Q-19-R-0073: This is a sources-sought announcement is an amendment to the sources sought posted 12 June 2019 for W31P4Q-19-R-0073. This amendment updates the CY from CY 2022-2024 to PY 2022-2025 and the commencement date from 31 January 2022 to 19 May 2022. This is a sources-sought announcement only for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation.� This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued to accomplish market research and support planning for the below listed requirements.� The Government will not pay for any information or reimburse any costs incurred in responding to this RFI.� No solicitation is being issued at this time.� All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary.� Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued.� If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on FEDBIZOPPS.� It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. This synopsis details the intent of the Government to release a sole-source solicitation for Lockheed Martin (CAGE Code 64059) to provide post-production missile support services, for the PATRIOT Advanced Capability � 3 (PAC-3) Weapon System and Ground Support Equipment. �Only the source previously approved by the Government for supply of these services will be solicited.� The contractor will provide missile support services necessary to execute the U.S. Government and International Partners� Field Surveillance Program (FSP) and PAC-3 Cost Reduction Initiative (CRI) and PAC-3 Missile Segment Enhancement (MSE) Missiles� post-production activities.� The performance period for this effort will commence not later than 19 May 2022. �The Government will not issue a Technical Data Package for the maintenance of any of the equipment (e.g. PAC-3 missile variants or PAC-3 Launcher Station (LS), test sets or tooling to be maintained under this contract. The Government requirement is to establish a missile support center and provide technical support personnel knowledgeable in all aspects of the PAC-3 Missile Round to provide reliability assessments and post-production support.� The contractor will provide technical support necessary to execute the U.S. Government and International Partners FSP and PAC-3 CRI and PAC-3 MSE Missiles� post-production activities, which include missile assessments, testing, recertification and repair activities in addition to performing unscheduled maintenance, and repair of PAC-3 Ground Support Equipment (GSE). �The repair effort for the PAC-3 GSE process will return the PAC-3 Enhanced Launcher Electronics System and Junction Box to original performance specifications.� The missile support service contract effort will provide both CONUS and OCONUS technical support for the PAC-3 Weapon System for U.S. Government, and at least eleven (11) current international PAC-3 partners, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Support Agency (NSPA), and potential new international partners. The contractor must be able to process, test, and repair, all the PAC-3 missile variants and related subassemblies, the PAC-3 missile segment hardware within the PATRIOT system, and test support equipment. �Approximately 871 PAC-3 missiles will need to be processed, tested and repaired between PY 2022-2025. Request that interested contractors provide the following: 1) Provide a description of your company�s expertise and experience in providing FSP and PAC-3 missile post-production support to PAC-3 missile variant activities, which include missile assessments, testing, recertification and repair activities in addition to performing unscheduled maintenance, and repair and replacement of PAC-3 GSE within the past 12 months. 2)� Describe, in general, your company�s approach to developing the capability to provide FSP and PAC-3 missile post-production support to PAC-3 missile activities, which include missile assessments, testing, recertification and repair activities in addition to performing unscheduled maintenance, and repair and replacement of PAC-3 GSE for a performance period beginning 19 May 2022. � General: The experience/expertise description should be no longer than 5 pages.� Send your response to the Contract Specialist, George Crittenden, at email george.b.crittenden.civ@mail.mil, no later than 5:00 p.m. on 24 April 2020.� No telephone or facsimile submissions will be accepted.� Responses will not be returned nor will be considered by the Government as offers.
