- Classification Code: X NAICS Code: 531120 Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for the United States Department of Agriculture that expires on 2/15/2023 in Redmond, OR at the Redmond Municipal Airport. The Government requires On-Airport land yielding a minimum of 2,000,760 feet (46 acres). The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
