- REPLACE OR REFINISH FLOORING BLDGS. 50 & 51, RAF LAKENHEATH, UNITED KINGDOM ""NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S)/SUPPLIER(S): FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS EFFORT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE. IN THE EVENT THE GOVERNMENT CANCELS THIS SOLICITATION, THE GOVERNMENT HAS NO OBLIGATION TO REIMBURSE AN OFFEROR FOR ANY COSTS."" MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 36.204: BETWEEN $1,000,000. AND�$5,000,000. SCOPE OF PROJECT:�CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, MATERIALS, SUPERVISION, TRANSPORTATION, AND ALL OTHER ITEMS AND SERVICES FOR THE REPLACEMENT AND REFURBISHMENT OF FLOORING IN BLDGS. 50 & 51 ON RAF LAKENHEATH, IP27 9PN IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATEMENT OF WORK DATED 24 JAN 2020. NOTE: ALL QUANTITIES INDICATED IN THE PROJECT DOCUMENTS FURNISHED BY THE GOVERNMENT, INCLUDING THE CONSTRUCTION COST BREAKDOWN, ARE ESTIMATES AND THE GOVERNMENT SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OF THE ESTIMATED QUANTITIES. THE CONTRACT SHALL REQUIRE A COMPLETED PROJECT ON A LUMP SUM BASIS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OFFEROR TO CALCULATE, FORESEE AND PERFORM ALL QUANTITIES OF WORK MANIFESTLY NECESSARY TO DELIVER A COMPLETE PROJECT BASED ON ITS OVERALL SCOPE. All offerors will be required to identify personal that will be attending the site visit and fill out attachment 03, Declaration of Movement -Contractor Personnel, for no more than 3 members. Pending approval, a signed copy will be provided, verify the participation of those identified. Approval is not guaranteed. 2. All Offerors will be required to provide personal protective equipment (PPE) to all their approved site visit participates. At a minimum a face mask will need to be wore when on RAF Lakenheath for the duration of the site visit. It is highly recommend to provide gloves and hand sanitizer to all participates. The US Government is not responsible of any cost associated with the procurement of these materials for site visit participation. No PPE will be provided by the US Government. 3. All Offerors will practice social distancing where possible. Failure to adhere to the above instructions will result in denial of access to the site visit. No additional site visit will be scheduled. US Government is not responsible for any cost associated with denial of access.
