Description: Winchester Engineering and Analytical Center (WEAC) requires an Ceti-8 Electronic Cigarette (E-Cigarette) smoking machine (Brand name or equal) that can automatically smoke up to eight (8) electronic cigarettes simultaneously and collect the vapors on filter pads and impinger systems for offline chemical analysis. This equipment will be necessary to conduct research and develop test methods related to such products. The system is a compact unit that will provide backup support to an existing 8 port system that is in heavy use.
