Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201), awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Delivery Order (DO) Modification to Zenetex, LLC, against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-18-G-0022 Delivery Order N0001920F0298 on 6 April 2020. This modification is to modify the existing Harpoon Engagement Training Aid (HETA) to provide requirements for Indian Navy (IN) P-8I Harpoon Engagement Training Aid (HETA) Hardware Refresh (Version 2). This delivery order was awarded on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements.� Zenetex, LLC. is the only known, qualified, responsible source that can fulfill the requirements herein.� Subcontracting opportunities may be available and should be sought with Zenetex at the following address: Zenetex, LLC., 13800 Coppermine Rd, Suite 307, Herndon, VA 20171-6163.
