Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Mission and Installation Contracting Command � Fort Eustis intends to negotiate on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) soliciting from a single source. The proposed source is NTT Data Services Federal Government (NTT), CAGE 4T952. NTT can continue to provide the required maintenance support services for the Training and Doctrine Command, G-8 Tactical Information Gateway for Enterprise Resources (TIGER) Manpower and Budget Application. The anticipated period of performance is 1 year from 29 Aug 2020 to 28 August 2021 with four 12-month options to extend from 29 Aug 2021 � 28 Aug 2025. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541511 with a size standard of $27.5M. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations. Parties interested in responding to this notice will need to submit a statement detailing technical data sufficient to determine the capability in providing the same service. A determination by the government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
