Description

USDA Sole Source Notification 2020-SS56,for a service agreement for Tekmar Torch SN us14094006, this effort will result in a year base with four 12 month option periods.� �NLAE located in Ames IA 50011. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), National Veterinary Services Laboratory Located in Ames, IA, 50010 intends to negotiate a sole source Purchase Order with Teledyne-Tekmar, 4736 Scialville Foster RD, Mason, OH 04540, DUNNS 078327032, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b).� No formal solicitation will be issued.� This notice is for informational purposes only.� However, all interested parties may contact the Contracting Officer listed below.� Anyone interested in responding to this requirement must be able to provide compelling evidence that they can provide equivalent consumables in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost.� Responses must be submitted electronically, via email, to sarah.c.schauf@usda.gov.� The deadline for the submittal of responses is 28 April 2020, 10:00 AMCST.
