Please see attached amendment No.0003�to provide a more recent geotechnical report obtained for Jack Brooks Regional Airport for reference purposes only.�All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Please see attached amendment No.0002�to provide answers to all questions received and extend the proposal due date. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Please see attached amendment No.0001 to cancel the pre-proposal site visit scheduled on 08 April 2020. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to replace Visual Approach Slope Indicator Lights (VASI) with Precision Approach Path Indicator Lights (PAPI) on runway 16 and replace Medium Intensity Approach Lighting System with Runway Alignment Indicator Lights (MALSR) on runway 12 at Jack Brooks Regional Airport (BPT) Beaumont, TX Please see the attachments for specifics.
