- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Property and Fiscal Office for South Carolina (USPFO-SC), 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, SC 29201 intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the South Carolina Army National Guard for catered meals.� Delivery will be made to 725 S.
