- This Request for Information (RFI) is for planning purposes only and is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation for Bid (IFB), or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any services. Responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government reserves the right to determine how it should proceed as a result of this notice. Furthermore, those who respond to this RFI should not anticipate feedback with regard to its submission. The Government will not pay any cost incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the responding party's expense. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The purpose of this request is to obtain information on potential sources that can provide access to an array of technical and procurement data through electronic media for the ENTIRE suite of software identified in the attached RFI. The Government seeks sources that are able to immediately supply the same level of services/search capabilities as the suite of software described in the attached RFI. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this RFI is strictly voluntary. Responses will not be returned. As a reminder, no entitlements to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges to the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses, or the Government's use of such information. The information obtained from industry's responses to this notice may be used in the development of an acquisition strategy and a future RFP (if applicable). The limit for all responses is not to exceed ten (10) single sided pages, in searchable PDF format. Please see attached Request for Information Attachment and DRAFT PWS.
