Description

Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and the Sources Sought document for more information than listed below. All information requested within the Sources Sought document must be answered and presented to the point of contact by NLT than 22 April 2020 at designated time. BAFB is in need of removal, replacement and modernization of an end-to-end telecommunications infrastructure that will seamlessly rehome the current primary telecommunications node from Bldg 431 to Bldg 447 within the BAFB Restricted Area (RA).� The contractor will coordinate with Buckley AFB Network as a Service (NaaS) team to perform all tasks necessary to engineer, install, sustain and service telecommunications to include Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP), Non-secure Internet Protocol Router (NIPR), Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR), Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS), Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN), Primary Domain Controller (PDC)/commercial lines and legacy copper phone and any other telecommunications lines and any/all requisite servers, routers and any other hardware necessary for clear and uninterrupted telecommunications. The following detailed requirements are a starting place for the contractor, not an end state of requirements.� This SOW includes the contractor design to meet Uptime Institute Tier 3 level of reliability in and through the BAFB RA and beyond RA boundaries as necessary.�
