Description

The Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of their intent to award a firm fixed-price contract, with a three (3) month base period and a two (2) month option period, to Hexagon US Federal, Inc. 301 Cochran Rd. Huntsville, AL 35824-1109, Cage Code 63CL1, on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Solicitation M6700120Q1174. This requirement is for services on the Hexagon software licenses with support and maintenance for the E-911 Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station New River. This Notice of Intent is Not a Request for Competitive Quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses must be submitted within the closing date of the notice for consideration: TO BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM (EST) ON 17 APRIL 2020 IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
