Description: FRC East is in need of an additional 19,000 SF of hangar, 45,000 apron/ramp space, and 19,000 SF of industrial support space.� �The Navy intends this RFP to result in the acquisition of the right to use a non-DoD airfield for the stated purpose.� The right will be prescribed in a lease that the Navy will subsequently enter into with the successful Offeror.
