PLEASE SEE ATTACHED COPY OF COMPLETE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION, REQUEST FOR QUOTE STANDARD FORM 18, STATEMENT OF NEED, AND COPY OF WAGE & DETERMINATIONS (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. �(ii) The solicitation number for this procurement is SWFSC-20-014 and is hereby issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 effective 01/24/2018. (iv) This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.� The associated NAICS code is 333996 with a corresponding small business size standard of 1,250 number of employees.
