Description
This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) only. Market research is being conducted to determine the amount of qualified and capable businesses that can provide the items requested below. If you believe your firm is able to provide the items requested below, you are encouraged to respond by the due date with all of the required information indicated below in order to be considered. Due date for responses is close of business (12:00 NOON local time/CT) on Friday, April 24, 2020 . Email responses to Susan Eisenschenk at Susan.Eisenschenk@va.gov . All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer in writing via email. Telephone inquiries will NOT be accepted/returned. NAICS: 339113 Size Standard: 750 employees General Equipment Name: Inspektorscopes SPECIFICATIONS: Sterile Process Service requires waterproof video borescope inspection system that allows for endoscopic channel and lumen inspection at the sink to verify cleaning process. System includes flexible tube with a camera on the other end linked to a wall-mounted display monitor. The video borescope system is used for visual inspection of areas that are inaccessible by other means. . Enables technician to view inside surgical instrumentation including shavers, colonoscopes, gastroscopes, flexible ureteroscopes and other channel/lumen-containing instruments. VA Black Hills Health Care System currently utilizes the Inspektor system. We require five additional units to accommodate sterile processing expansion.
