Description

In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS)�guidance T3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA�s intent to award a contract using single source procedures.� The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Headquarters (Washington, DC) intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with an ordering period and/or period of performance of up to fifteen (15) months, which consists of a twelve (12) month base period and one three (3) month option period.� This IDIQ will serve as replacement of the Sustainability, Environmental Management, and Research Support (SEMRS) IDIQ, Contract Number DTFAWA-14-D-00013, with Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) that expired June 30, 2019 but has four active Task Orders which runs through April 30, 2020.� Continued support is required from BAH to complete on-going efforts until the Environmental Management, Analysis, Research and International Support (EMARIS) IDIQ, which is currently in its pre-award phase, is put in place. �This will allow for uninterrupted continued support of the FAA's Office of Environment and Energy (AEE). Accordingly, a competitive solicitation is not available for this procurement. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals.
