Description
For more than 20 years, Electronic Marquee Systems have been used to provide Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) employees with up-to-date information concerning distinguished visitors, events happening on a particular DLA-hosted installations, and the notification of upcoming inclement weather. They are also often the first thing seen as one enters the DLA installation. The existing Electronic Marquee Systems at DLA-hosted installations do not have enterprise system capability and such capability is required for overall mission efficiencies in the life cycle management processes. DLA Installation Management (DM) and Enterprise Capabilities (EC) Portfolio have partnered to provide high quality Electronic Marquee Systems at DLA-hosted installations compliant with Department of Defense (DoD), DLA Information Technology (IT), and Cybersecurity (CS) Compliance requirements in a consolidated Enterprise approach. Each DLA-hosted installation currently utilizes a different electronic system and solutions. In addition, the number of electronic marquee systems at each DLA-hosted installation varies with that installation. The effort includes support to electronic marquee system tasks including Information Technology (IT) support, assessments, removal and disposal of existing systems, and procurement and installation of future requirements. The Contractor(s) awarded Task Orders (TO)s from this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) will partner with industry using consistent electronic marquee manufacturer(s) and/or compatible manufacturers and adopt a consistent electronic marquee architecture across DLA geographic sites. Currently there are multiple Electronic Marquee Systems spread across the DLA sites located in Columbus Ohio, San Joaquim California, Susquehanna Pennsylvania, Fort Belvoir Virginia and Richmond Virginia. A task order will be issues for each of the sites that an Electronic Marquee System is located at to provide the required operational maintenance and sustainment support.
