Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has a requirement for Concrete Structural Repairs in Building 1, at the NIST location in Boulder, Colorado. The scope of the requirement includes, but not limited to: repair of five structural columns, install crack monitor, remove and reconstruct beams and columns, rehabilitate concrete waffle deck, beams, columns, and walls; clean and paint metal conduit chase, and rehabilitate concrete surfaces and provide protective coating on elevation surfaces. The anticipated period of performance for construction is 150 days; the option, if awarded�at a later date�will be 150 days from the modification issuance. It is anticipated that a single award will be made as a result of this Request for Proposal.� This acquisition is being conducted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238110, Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors, the size standard is $16.5M. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on or about 05 May 20; the closing date will be established in the solicitation documents.� Please register to receive notification for this announcement as the documents will only be made available via this Contract Opportunities announcement. A pre-proposal conference is tentatively scheduled for 13 May 20, the exact time and date will be included in the solicitation document when posted.
