Description

The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIOAD, Eglin AFB FL, intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for one (1) MONARCH-3S-10G-X300-8TB Triple-screen Rugged Portable System and one (1) MONARCH-3S-10G-X300-TC: Transit case �for the 16th Electronic Warfare Squadron IAW 13.106-1(b) to 3dB Labs, Inc., 9050 Centre Pointe Dr, Ste 340, West Chester, OH, 45069-9705.� Anticipated award date is 24 April 2020.� � This requirement is for one portable signal analyzer and one transit case:� CLIN 0001: MONARCH-3S-10G-X300-8TB Triple-screen Rugged Portable System CLIN 0002: MONARCH-3S-10G-X300-TC: Transit case � These items are to be delivered on an FOB Destination basis.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334515, small business size standard: 750 employees.� THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government.� All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items/services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these items. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Response and questions shall be submitted electronically to Ms. Alyson Savage at alyson.savage@us.af.mil no later than 24 April 2020, 9:00 am Central time.
